Because each homeowner has different preferences and needs, some services are left to personal choice and are only paid for if used.
Dining services are optional after fulfilling a small monthly minimum, similar to a country club. To fulfill the minimum, homeowners may dine in or take out from one of our two restaurants or even entertain groups of family and friends. Experienced staff oversee each area of service at Luther Village. From a seasoned chef to a highly trained maintenance crew to a professional management team, homeowners can be assured of receiving the best service and environment possible. |

Shops and amenities
The centrally located Wittenberg Commons is the hub of all activity at Luther Village. In addition to the Lakeview Club fine dining restaurant and Village Grille café, Wittenberg Commons houses useful destinations of all kinds: library, fitness club and pool, inter-denominational chapel, meeting and event rooms, private dining room for parties, billiards room, bank, country store, drug store, craft studio, beauty and barber shops. Amenities housed elsewhere on campus are the computer lab, cardroom, woodworking shop, community garden center and gardening beds and fishing pier. Situated along the pond is the Summer House three-season building with kitchen and fireplace, which is used for community parties as well as private parties with family and friends.
